Carpenter

We are looking for a experienced carpenter to join the team. From interesting joinery designs, to bespoke doors and units, we are looking for someone to help brings the clients vision to life. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in carpentry and a commitment to delivery high calibre products and results.

Requirements:

• Interpret and understand construction plans and specifications. 

• Perform wide range of carpentry tasks

• measure, cut, shape and assemble materials according to requirements. 

• Collaborate with the rest of the team well.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior carpenters as needed. 

Labourer

New to construction, or looking to do general labour work? We are always looking for labourers to help us on site. As a labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction activities. This position is ideal for individuals who are physically capable, enjoy hands-on work, and are committed to working collaboratively with a dynamic team. While no specific experience is required, a strong work ethic and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.

Requirements: 

• Assist in the preparation of construction sites by cleaning and clearing debris

• Load and unload construction materials, tools and equipment

• Perform basic tasks such as digging, lifting and carrying as directed by the supervisor. 

• Assist various team members and tradespeople with their tasks

• Operate basic hand tools and equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation on the job site

Site Manager

As the Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of on-site operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing sites, demonstrating strong leadership skills, and possessing extensive knowledge in the construction sector. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising day-to-day activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, managing resources efficiently, and collaborating with different teams.

• Lead and manage on-site operations. 

• Oversee site personnel, providing leadership, guidance and support. 

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and other key members of a project team. 

• Monitor and control all work

• Resolve challenges on site, making informed decisions to keep project on track
